Bill
joined KFXM in the early summer of 1965 after working at Nebraska stations KODY
in North Platte and KRFS in Superior.
During his stay (through January of 1967) Bill worked the noon to 3pm
slot after starting out doing overnights at KDUO.
After
KFXM, Bill worked at KLOK in San Jose, CA.
After a couple other stints (KYNO and KFIG in Fresno, CA) Bill joined
KUTE-102 in Los Angeles as morning jock and program director. Under Bill’s guidance, KUTE-102 became one of
the top five Los Angeles radio stations playing a mix of disco and urban music. His most recent on-air work was KRTH in LA.

Currently,
Bill is pursuing his lifelong goal of having an acting career. He has been featured in many TV commercials
including a long-running national spot for Denny’s.
His
current passion is sailing. Between
marriages and jobs, Bill sailed the South Pacific in 1989, visiting Tahiti,
Bora Bora, Hawaii and Samoa.
Bill attended LA City College as well as the Don Martin School of Broadcasting.
