Meet Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts began his career at KCIN in Victorville, KREO in Indio and KWOW in Pomona before joining KFXM for three years beginning in 1970.  Chris was born in Alhambra and went to Cal Poly in Pomona, Cal State San Bernardino and Citrus College.

When Chris left KFXM in 1973 he worked for the following stations:

KUTE-FM/Los Angeles

99.1-FM/San Bernardino

KFI/Los Angeles

KOST/Los Angeles

KMPC/Los Angeles

XTRA Sports 690 & 1150/Los Angeles

From there, his real calling came to him.  Chris is now the play-by-play Voice of the Bruinsat UCLA on for football, basketball and baseball. He is the author of Stadium Stories: UCLA Bruins and the voice of the audio version of the book.

Chris has two children, a son and daughter.

His all-time favorite songs are anything by Chicago.
